Modernist Glass Lamp

A small, beautifully proportioned table lamp with a hand-blown glass base in pale aqua. Possibly made by Edward Hald for Orrefors, c. 1930s–40s. The spherical, optic-blown, base catches light with a quiet, watery depth that only hand-blown glass achieves. 

Fitted with a white twisted textile cord, chrome stem and a white linen shade.

• Condition: Great vintage condition with minor surface wear in accordance with age and use.

• Wiring: Newly rewired. EU-plug, and standard E27 socket.

• Measurements:

- Shade diameter: 25 cm (9.8")
- Base diameter: Approx. 12 cm (4.7")
