Neoclassical Pewter Vase

Neoclassical pewter vase crafted in Sweden, 1936 (as confirmed by the year mark K8 on the base). This vase features a spherical body and distinctive twisted rope handles that give it a confident, sculptural presence. Both sides feature an applied relief of a figure holding a torch and vessel. The pewter has aged beautifully, developing a soft patina over the decades. It's the kind of piece that works equally well with flowers or standing on its own.
