Spherical Modernist Vase

A rare 1940s Modernist vase by GAB (Guldsmedsaktiebolaget), Sweden. This vase displays a stunning patina with rich hues of green, brown, and bronze, complemented by elegant silver-toned metal accents. Crafted in 'Ori' metal—a patented bronzed babbitt technique developed by GAB in the 1920s. 

• Markings: Stamped with 'ORI' and GAB's maker's mark, the Vasa sheaf
