We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
You have the right to return your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it in.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@spigel.se. Once your return is approved, we'll provide clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must package items securely using appropriate protective materials. Items damaged due to insufficient packaging during return transit may not be eligible for refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged or significantly differs from its description.
Although damage during transit is rare, it can occasionally occur. In such cases, we will require clear photographs of both the damaged item and the box it was shipped in for insurance and claims purposes. Once we receive this documentation, we will review the case and ensure you are properly compensated.
Please note that all items sold on this site are vintage or antique, and gentle signs of use are a natural part of their history and character. We take great care to photograph and describe each item as clearly and accurately as possible.
